Different tests such as Hydro & Pneumatic Pressure Test, Seat Leakage Test, Flow Capacity Test, Droop Test, Pressure Build Up Test, CV-Test and NDT such as X and Gamma Rays Radiography, D-P, Ultrasonic, CMM Inspection,
Magnetic Particle, Pressure Guage Calibaration, etc. are available.
All the products undergo 100% final inspection. For final performance testing, Water Flow laboratory and Air Flow laboratory are available. In this, hydraulic pressure up to 350 barg & pneumatic pressure up to 2000 psig are available. With this set up, most of the clients process conditions can be simulated & performance test under extreme process parameters specified can be offered.
Our innovative approach resulted in getting our products complied with PED/97/23/EC safety and quality standards for gas pressure equipments. Today we are the first Indian manufacturer to get our products certified with stringent European Standards EN-334 for Pressure Regulators and EN-14382,
