| GAS PRESSURE REGULATOR - D56 /- Series |
The regulator SERIES D56 are fail open, fall open & balanced trim design. They provide accurate pressure control in a variety of applications such as natural gas transmission & distribution systems, fuel gas supply to industrial boilers, furnaces and mixers; and commercial or industrial business such as steel mills, asphalt plants and shopping centers. This Regulator is used with twin pilots for highly accurate pressure control.
The superior performance of this regulator is due to the amplifying effect of the pilots and the two-path control system. The pilot amplifies system changes, positioning the main valve for precise control.

Fall Open type design :
The regulator is fail open with fall open type balanced trim design.
Active Monitor Configuration Suitability :
This model is very much suitable for use in Active - Monitor Configuration for low pressure drop application.
Tight Shut Off Capability :
Special trim design eliminates wear and erosion of seating, providing excellent tight shut off capability over long working life.
Twin Pilots control :
Because of twin pilot design, these regulators can handle high variations in inlet pressure without affecting the accuracy of outlet controlled pressure.
Easy to Maintain :
Sturdy and compact design with minimum number of moving parts. Actuator internals, Valve disc & trim parts can be replaced without removing the regulator body from pipe line.
PED/97/23/EC Compliance :
SERIES D56 regulators are type tested for PED 97/23/EC certification. These also conform to EN 334 requirements |
