1972-73 : Nirmal Industries was formed by Mr. D.V. Desai for manufacturing special purpose Control
                   valves.

 

1982       : First Low Pressure Self Actuated Pressure Control Valve are made for Nitrogen Blanketing
                   Application.

 

1986       : First Twin Stream High Pressure (150 Bar) Regulating Station with Safety Shut Off is supplied
                  for Hydrogen Service.

 

1987       : First Pilot Operated Blanketing System is Designed, Manufactured and Commissioned.

 

1993-94 : First Major Pre-Fabricated Gas Regulating Skids supplied to Videocon Narmada Electronics
                  Ltd.(6”) & Haldyn Glass Ltd. (4”) for Natural Gas supplied by GAIL.

 

1996       : Factory moved to present location at Asangaon on a plot of 2.5 Acres having covered area of
                  60,000 Sq. Feet. and still expanding.

 

1999       : Received ISO-9000 Certification

 

2000       : First Indian co. to be registered with EIL for Self Actuated Pressure Control Valve

2004       : Registered with EIL as a Metering & Regulating Skid Manufacturer.

 

2006       : PED Compliance (CE Marking for Regulators & Slam Shut Valves) of 300# class

 

2009       : PED Compliance (CE Marking for regulators & Slam Shut Valves) of 600# class

2011       : Received 'U' & 'R' Stamp Certification
