The D52/- Series pilot operated pressure regulators combine high sensitivity with stability in controlled pressure. As the differential pressure across the main valve diaphragm is minimum, long and trouble free working life of diaphragm is ensured. Due to load limiting pilot, the controlled low pressure is independent of variation in inlet pressure. Different pilot and main valve actuator combinations are available to cover wide range of pressure and flow requirements.
These regulators can be used in working monitor configuration in natural gas regulating and metering station. |

Accuracy
These regulators help keep constant inlet pressure to downstream equipment by accurately controlling distribution system pressure at widely varying flow rates & supply pressure for maximum efficiency & best operation.
Easy to Maintain
Compact design with minimum number of moving parts. Actuator Internals, Valve Disc & Trim parts can be replaced, without removing the regulator from the pipe line.
High Capacity Pressure Control
Actuator Diaphragm responds quickly to downstream change, causing immediate correction in main valve position. Accurate pressure loading by pilot permits full main valve travel resulting in high capacity than could be obtained without pilot.
Economical Labour Saving Installation
Supply pressure to pilot is factory piped directly from main regulator body, thus requiring no pilot supply line tubing on standard installations.
Tight Shut Off Capability
Special trim design eliminates wear & erosion of seating, providing excellent tight shut off capability over long working life.
