The BP Series are general purpose self operated pressure relieving upstream pressure control valves, suitable for controlling many kinds of fluids. These valves open in proportion to the rise in inlet pressure beyond set value. Different soft sealing discs are available for various fluids for wide pressure and temperature range upto 150°C. The metal sealing surfaces used at higher temperature are carefully lapped to ensure shut off. These Back pressure Regulating Valves are also well suited for high & varying differential pressures. |

| Features |
Glandless Construction :
Where positive zero gland leakage is required, the design scores over conventional solutions such as bellow seals etc, as the gland itself is eliminated and hence there can't be gland leakage. Glandless construction eliminates hysteresis, resulting in improvement of the sensitivity & repeatability of the Valve Wide Range Flow :
Wide range of body sizes and port diameters available to satisfy varied flow requirement.
Immune to Downstream Pressure Variations :
The set pressure & performance of the valve remains unaltered even with wide variations of differential pressure / downstream pressure.
Easy to Maintain :
Actuator internals, valve disc and holder can be inspected, and replaced without removing regulator from pipeline.
Accuracy of control :
Large actuating areas provide more precise control even at low pressure settings.
Variety of Materials :
Regulator body, trim and valve disc are available in various material combinations for process fluid compatibility |
